He has a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Latina de Panama and is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Southern Colorado, United States.
As an attorney of the firm he works in the areas of Commercial, Corporate, Tax and Fiscal Law.

He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Chiriqui, and the College of Accountants. He is a Senator of the Junior Chamber of Panama, and was Executive Vice President assigned to Europe of the Junior Chamber International.
